This document governs the conditions for the use of this website and the purchase or acquisition of products and/or services on it.

Accessing, browsing and using the Website confers the status of user, which means that, from the moment browsing begins, all the Conditions established here are accepted.

The User declares to be over 18 years of age and to have the legal capacity to enter into contracts through this Website.

4. Purchase or Acquisition Process

Users may purchase on the Website by the means and forms established. They must follow the specified online purchase and/or acquisition procedure.

5. Cancellation Policy

For consulting or advisory sessions, no refunds are accepted. If you wish to reschedule your session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance by contacting info@ocflowmedia.com via email.

If you fail to attend without prior notice, you will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

6. Returns Policy

The User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without justification by sending an email to info@ocflowmedia.com. There are exceptions to the right of withdrawal for certain digital products once downloaded or services already started, as set out in article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
